stop89 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the stop89 platform, including the website at stop89.net and the stop89 mobile application for Android and iOS. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

stop89 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read together with the stop89 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and stop89.

2. Eligibility

To use the stop89 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. stop89 strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or using a shared account is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of a stop89 employee. Such persons are not eligible to hold a player account.
• You must not already hold an active stop89 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

stop89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino games and all other features of the stop89 platform, you must register a free account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, mobile number and any other details requested. You must not provide false, misleading or incomplete information.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — your username and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. stop89 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact stop89 support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Attempts to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person.
• Account balances are held in PKR. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees.
• stop89 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where the information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate or where verification requirements are not met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on stop89 are conducted in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed within the Deposit section.

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your stop89 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on bank processing times. stop89 does not charge a deposit processing fee on any supported payment method.

For withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, stop89 may require identity verification including a copy of your CNIC and confirmation that the payment method is registered in your name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed.
• stop89 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds. The purpose of these checks is to protect your account from fraud and to ensure funds reach the correct recipient.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Estimated processing times are displayed within the platform at the time of the withdrawal request.

stop89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used for deposit must match the name on your stop89 account. Deposits made from accounts in another person's name will be returned and may result in account review.

5. Betting Rules

Sports betting on stop89 covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and other international cricket formats, football, esports and other sports markets as listed on the platform. Bet acceptance, settlement and the availability of specific markets are subject to the rules set out in this section and the sport-specific rules displayed on the platform.

• Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a connection issue or platform error are not valid until confirmed.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live betting: In-play markets are available on selected events including live cricket. stop89 reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time during an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed before suspension remain valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each market are displayed on the bet slip. These limits may vary by market, event and user account.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if a material error in the odds occurs. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned to your balance.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes the results declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a dispute, the decision of stop89 is final.
• Errors: stop89 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a human error, technical fault or data feed error.

Attempting to exploit errors in odds, using automated betting software, syndicate betting designed to manipulate markets, or any other activity that stop89 considers to be contrary to fair play may result in bets being voided and the account being suspended.

6. Casino and Slot Games

The stop89 Casino section includes live dealer games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Dragon Tiger, as well as game shows and RNG table games. The stop89 Slot Games section includes a library of slot titles from various providers. All casino and slot games are available in PKR.

• Casino and slot games are provided for entertainment. Results of live casino games are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by professional dealers in real time. RNG game results are determined by certified random number generator software.
• All bets placed in casino or slot games are final once confirmed. Disconnections or technical issues on the user's device or network do not void confirmed bets.
• Live casino table minimums and maximums are displayed in PKR on each table tile within the casino lobby before you join a table.
• stop89 is not responsible for losses arising from user decisions during gameplay including decisions made under time pressure in live dealer games.
• Game rules for each individual game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

stop89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet offers, reload bonuses and promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL matches and T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Always read the specific bonus terms before opting in.
• Opt-in: Some bonuses require you to actively opt in before making a qualifying deposit. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any one time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other activity that stop89 determines to be bonus abuse, will result in the bonus being forfeited and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Withdrawal restriction: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that meet the wagering requirement conditions are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the specific bonus terms.

stop89 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change to an active promotion will be communicated through the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the stop89 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage including registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or miscalculated odds intentionally and repeatedly.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party for commercial purposes without prior written agreement with stop89.

stop89 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, stop89 may freeze account access, withhold withdrawal requests and conduct an investigation before taking final action.

9. Privacy and Data

stop89 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, CNIC details and payment method information — is used solely for the purpose of operating and improving the stop89 platform, processing transactions, verifying your identity and complying with anti-fraud obligations. stop89 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the stop89 platform is encrypted using SSL technology. stop89 applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

10. Limitation of Liability

stop89 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While stop89 works to maintain platform availability and accuracy of data at all times, no guarantee is made that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults.

• stop89 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed bet acceptance, data feed errors from third-party sports data providers, or force majeure events outside stop89's reasonable control.
• stop89 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's decision to bet or play, including decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a third-party data error.
• In any case where stop89 is found liable, the maximum liability is limited to the amount of funds held in the relevant player account at the time the issue occurred.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Account Termination

You may request closure of your stop89 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.

stop89 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is found to be associated with prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8.
• stop89 is required to do so by applicable law or a lawful instruction from a relevant authority.
• Identity verification cannot be completed to stop89's satisfaction.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, stop89 reserves the right to withhold any balance and void any outstanding bets. In all other cases of account closure initiated by stop89, balances will be returned to the account holder after verification is complete.

12. Responsible Gaming
